Prof Tu Guangshao, Executive Director of the Board of Directors of Shanghai Advanced Institute of Finance (SAIF), SJTU visited SJTU-APGI&E2S2 on 27 Jan 2024. The Dean of SJTU-APGI, Prof Peng Yinghong briefly introduced about the history and progresses of SJTU-APGI. and guided Prof Tu and the delegation to visit E2S2 office and laboratory facilities.

During the visit, Prof Tu acknowledged the achievements made by SJTU-APGI and expressed high expectations for the launch and development of the SAIF Southeast Asia Centre.

Professor of Practice, Director of FinTech Innovation Base (Nanjing), Executive Director of Southeast Asia Center, HU Jie also joined the visit. The Vice Dean of SJTU-APGI AProf XU Min and E2S2 Programme ES-2 project lead PI, the Vice Dean of SJTU China-UK Low Carbon College, Prof He Yiliang attended the meeting.
